QBP, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy.   We will not collect any personal, identifiable information without your knowledge.

As part of our payroll business, we obtain certain "nonpublic business and personal financial information" about your company, which for ease of reading we will refer to as "information" in this notice. This refers to information we receive from you on applications or other forms, information about your transactions with us, and information regarding your employees.     This information is used solely for the purposes of providing payroll and related services that you have contracted our company for.

Personal information
You can visit the site and remain anonymous by not providing any personal information. However, you may choose to share this information by completing applications, online forms or requesting that we contact you.  Personal information includes, but is not limited to name, address, phone number, email address, and details regarding your specific payroll needs.   All information presented is available by writing or calling our office at (949) 588-7270.    If you require any changes, you can either email your changes, mail us, or call the above number.    We will contact you if any additional information is requested or if you request confirmation of your changes.

Sharing information
Your personal information will not be sold, or shared with unaffiliated third parties unless there is a need to disclose information to process a transaction or when the law requires it.  Information collected will be emailed directly to us and will be used to provide you with more value, better service, or process a transaction for you.  Other sites linked to this site are not covered under this privacy agreement.

Future changes may be made to our privacy policy and will be posted on this website, which reflects the current privacy policy.
